Note that connector for encoders is a bit wonky. The encoder connector is a 6-pin Molex Microfit 3.0, model 43645. Need to get a new one; Digikey, WM1849-ND. Female pins are WM1837-ND (20-24 AWG) (WM1838-ND (26-30 AWG)).

512 counts/revolution, 0.5" shaft, no index

Connections to motor controller board, looking from top of motor controller board, left to right:

1) red = power (5V), left and right encoder 2) white = left encoder, chA 3) brown = left encoder, chB 4) white = right encoder, chA 5) brown = right encoder, chB 6) black = ground, left and right encoder
