Accessibility is everything! And providing information to guide tool access from a member's very first day in the shop can really help. QR codes are good access points.

Some shops make extensive use of QR codes for tools and procedures, particularly on tools that do not require tests to provide guidance, safety regulations, and tutorials for new users. Some shops do not use QR codes on tools that require tests in order to avoid diverting attention from the "tool testing required" sticker.

Creating a QR Code

Right now you could use [MyQRCode] or [QR Code Generator]. These sites can make free QR codes. There are some downsides though in that they require a signup and create QR Codes with redirects (they don't go directly to the page chosen). If you have a better method, add it here!
