Ongoing tasks:

• define shop policies
• improve and document tool tests FDM - Fiona & Quantum, Laser - Julienne & Nick, Resin Drew & Jason
• - FDM notes: Need to 1). update tool test sheet 2). Pre-flight checklist for each machine on wiki 3). Format Pre-flight checklist to something that can be printed and placed in front of the printers (lasercut or laminate, smaller than an 11 x 8.5 paper) 4). a dry-erase surface for users to quickly sign with info without wasting yellow tags that people seldom use anyway? Orrr, just some lined paper notepad, so that we have a record of prints and names in front of the machine?

• train new assistant shop leads and tool testers
• create 5 min task system
• Improve laser scrap bin
• improve shop signage
• Start shop night - Julienne & Fiona
• Create maintenance logs for each machine on the wiki
• Create maintenance schedules for each machine
• Organize Staff only area
• inventory spare parts
• Figure out budget/burn-rate of consumable materials (How much have we been spending in the past?)

Machine repairs/upgrades

• Prusa 2 diagnose rebooting problem - heat block needs replacement - Sadie
• Prusa 1 reroute hot end cable that's mis routed under the polished rod - Quantum
• Setup the Bambu AMS - Julienne & Kevin
• Get ender 5, prusa 3 and, ender 6 on nexudus - Nick
• Enclose Ender 5 - Nick
• Get touch probe on ender 6 and bring online - Sadie

Shop Engagement

• Open Shop nights - One or two of us host, impromptu tool tests can be done, can go over a specific skills or just chill
• Class ideas - 3D print and Laser 101, CAD-O'-Lantern class
