Introduction
This tutorial covers the design of a sheet-metal box in SolidWorks, using a similar (but more detailed) method as in Tutorial 2a. The reader might want to review that tutorial before following this one. Some basic experience with Solidworks is assumed. Please review Tutorial 1 for instruction.
The box designed here can be used as an electronic enclosure, a document holder, a protective container, or the base of a sign.
