Powder baking times are from when '''''the work piece''''' reaches the desired temp. Start your timer count once the oven regains its temperature after the door is closed. With experience you will learn to gauge how much additional time is necessary for what size pieces. | Powder baking times are from when '''''the work piece''''' reaches the desired temp. To use the Big Oven
- Preheat oven 20 - 25 minutes before needed.
- Turn on both FAN and PID switches. (The LIGHT technically works but is ineffective. )
- Use to set the target temperature. This controller is in Fahrenheit.
- When finished working, turn off both FAN and PID switches.

The PID controller may overshoot briefly (10-20 seconds) before settling on the desired temperature. This is normal and no cause for concern. Remember The PID controller will maintain the temperature to within 1 or 2° F after settling. Do not try to over-compensate for these slight variations. This can cause the PID controller to behave in unexpected ways.
