I joined the board in July 2023 to fill the vacancy left by my good friend Damien Dong after he became A2’s Interim Executive Director. I became the chair of the finance committee in October 2023 when Ramesh Advani left the Board after many years service. Professionally, I serve as a Commissioner of the Appellate Tax Board which is a quasi-judicial agency charged with hearing and deciding cases on appeal from state and local taxing authorities within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I hold both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation. Prior to my appointment, I worked as an attorney representing clients in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island for over a decade.
